These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of takaragolf.com, including any purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “TAKARA GOLF”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the online store operated by Pablo Perez-Villamil under the trading name TAKARA GOLF.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract or that you have received permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

1. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we send you an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment, where possible.

Customers are responsible for checking the complete order total before confirming payment. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. TAKARA GOLF does not directly store complete payment card details.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

For customers protected by European Union consumer law, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the customer, or a person nominated by the customer, physically receives the goods, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.

1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot control customs decisions, local charges or customs processing times.

1. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates and product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retrospectively to completed purchases.

We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where it contains an obvious error or has been used fraudulently.
